Hiraga Gennai is an I-jin. By the hand of the Sekai Ijin Gundan (世界偉人軍団) (Worldwide Great Man Cooperation), the inventor of the Edo period is revived by the I-jin (great man) clone regeneration. By his Elekiter, he emits electric current from his arms. His trademark is the pipe which is smoked with the mouth.

Hiraga Gennai (平賀 源内, Hiraga Gennai) (1729–79, or Kyōhō 13–Anei 13) is an Edo period Japanese pharmacologist, student of Western studies, physician, author, and inventor who is well known for his Erekiteru, Kandankei and Kakannpu.
The Elekiter (エレキテル, Erekiteru) is a Japanese invention created by Hiraga Gennai in the 1700s. It is a small box that uses the power of friction to generate electricity.
