Layout: Programs used include Paint, Paint Shop Pro 7.0, Adobe Photo Deluxe 2.0, and Notepad. The coding is written in regular html frames using css. The picture I found somewhere on the internet...^^;; I forget where I found it. heh ^^;; Anyway, I used lines in Paint, and a heart brush I made in Paint Shop Pro, and the fonts, festus! and Redensek (thank you Hannah). Not too much else...it took me forever to think of an idea, and I still don't really like this layout. o.o;; But that's okay.
