The days which are wrapped in the scene of summer begin to pass gently. An encounter with the girls repeats in the sunlight. Summer continues...she is waiting in the air.

The TV and movie are based off of the game Air by Key and Visual Art's. The original game contains adult content. An "All Ages Version" was later released on PC (without voice acting), Dreamcast (with almost full voice acting) and PlayStation 2 (with full voice acting).

The Alchemist Dreamcast features several improvements over the PC version, such as new scenarios and events as well as new CG sequences and new characters. In addition, the opening theme and movie is remade for the DC release.
