about me

My name is Lissa. My birthday is December 16 which makes me a Sagitarius. My eyes are green and I have a little past shoulder length, brown hair. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall. When I'm not at school, spending lots of time on school work, working crazy hours at the store, or desperately trying to catch up on sleep, I like to spend my time by being with friends, talking on the phone, shopping, making websites, designing clothes, downloading, reading, writing, art, acting (not as much anymore), biking, quilting bee. I speak English, some French, and some Japanese. I plan to major in Math and minor in Japanese. I hope to do a career having to do with math although I have no clue yet.

My favorite color is sky blue, however I also enjoy dark blue, black, white, gray, and baby pink. As my friends say, "Lissa only comes in a few colors." If you were to look in my closet, you would see that all of my clothes are those colors only. My favorite food ever is dumplings. I love to make them and I eat them at least once a week. I also love anything that has cheese in it. Music that I listen to includes anime, j-pop, asian, and techno. Although I also like a German band called E Nomine, which is pretty scary German music. My favorite songs are My Will by dream, and Angels Crying by Dj Mystik. I like to watch movies but I tend to like happy romantic comedies, "chick flicks." Ironically, my all time favorite movies are the Star Wars movies. I also very much like Never Been Kissed, the Matrix, and Antitrust. I enjoy reading a lot and if I didn't have to do so much in English class I would actually be able to read what I like. My favorite authors are Orson Scott Card and Amy Tan, and I have loved everything they have written that I have read so far. I don't enjoy exercising so...my sport is shopping. You would be surprised how much exercise you get from hours of shopping. I go at least twice a week so I'm in good shape. My favorite stores are Forever 21 and Rave. My favorite time of the year is at Halloween. I still go trick-or-treating.

I love anything cute. My favorite animals are seals and prairie dogs. I love when the prarie dogs pop up with a squeal. I also love all the crazy weird Japanese stuff that I think is insanely cute. My favorites are Cheese Family, Omusubiya-san, and Hana Maru. I also love anime. My favorite animes are Aa Megami-sama, Fushigi Yuugi, Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Read or Die, and of course, Fruits Basket. I love to collect all of the absolutely adorable Fruits Basket merchandise. I also enjoy doramas and I am a Meteor Garden fan, along with Orange Jam Boy and Gokusen.
